first throw away the hose,pump ball,and clear plastic section.save a paper towel core with about a 1/4" of paper left on core,stick the rubber sleeve into core leaving about a 1" sticking out.pull this over the end of the core to hold sleeve in place.get out your astro-glide and lube up your cock and the sleeve inside the core.its great and feels like the real thing.tip:i cut my core with scissors to just under the length of my cock that way it comes out the other end when im pumping myself.ive actually shot my load about 6 or 7 feet
